Large in-8°, dark salmon morocco, fully decorated dishes a decoration of interlacing palladium, cold and gilded fillets covering polychrome mosaic motifs, the golden fillets running on the smooth back, beige calf lining and guards, double guards, golden slices, illustrated cover in preserved colours, salmon half-maroon shirt with small overlaps and case (Paul Bonet [- Desmules, bookbinder, and Jeanne, gilder, 1935]). Coloured brass by Sylvain SAUVAGE; ornamentation in red ink. Edition of 271 copies, this one (n° 143), one of the 180 on vergé d'Arches. Enclosed, glued on the final cover page : a certificate typed and signed by Paul Bonet attesting the uniqueness of this binding. VERY NICE EXAMPLE IN A MOSAIC BOUNDING by Paul BONET.
