The address of the house will be revealed 48 hours before the sale.

On-site exhibition on Monday, January 27 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 5, rue Guillaume Bigourdan 91320 WISSOUS.

Delivery of lots will take place after the sale until 4 p.m. on site and on Tuesday, January 28 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. free of charge.

From January 29, 2025, lots will be sent to Jurquet at the buyer's expense at a cost of 40 euros per lot, after which the buyer will be charged a daily storage fee (see rates below).

The storage service is charged from the 5th working day after the sale.

Storage fees per lot (all taxes included): €1 / €4 / €8 / €12 / €15 depending on the nature of the lot.

Very small lots at €1 or €2 per day Very small lots: jewelry, books, unframed works on paper smaller than size A 4.

Small lots at €4 per day Small lots: paintings measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, small and light lots.

Medium lots at €8 per day Medium lots: paintings measuring over 1.5 m, small and heavy lots.

Large lots at €12 per day Large and heavy lots.

Large lots at €15 per day Large lots or lots made up of several lots.

NB: No lot will be handed over until full payment has been received and the sales slip and/or label have been presented.
