3-piece tuxedo for men. Maison Georges Fisbach - 12 rue des Pyramides. Paris. For Mr. De Charrette. May 1911. The suit is made of black wool. 1- The jacket is tailcoat with long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. The collar is wide and notched with a black textured silk lapel. The shape is fitted and shouldered. The bottom is a tailcoat with a wide slit pleat from the lower back. The jacket opens to a black silk lining with stitching on the sides. The sleeve lining is white silk. Size flat edge to edge: 47 cm Good general condition. Some small traces of dirt on the front. Dusty smell. 2- The vest is sleeveless with notched neckline and button closure. The back is in black silk twill with a tab at the bottom and it has two single welt pockets on the front. The lining is ivory cotton. Size flat without tab tightenings: 44 cm The collar has two holes at the seam between twill and wool. Few small holes on the front of which 2 at the level of the buttonhole. The lining is a little dirty. Smell of dust. 3- The tuxedo pants have a classic high shape with a buttoning with straps signed "Fisbach". It closes on the front by buttonhole and hook. The shape is fitted and pinched with a tab on the kidneys. The two outer seams are braided with a textured silk ribbon identical to the reverse of the jacket. Presence of two pockets in the hip seam. Waist flat without placket: 40 cm Small dirt on the front. 1 moth hole near the fly. The inside of the placket has holes due to changes in tightening with the loop.
