CHANEL - "Coco" canvas tote bag - circa 1989-1990. Model made in navy blue cotton canvas with an abyss pattern of timeless bag and chain handle and "coco" character with hat, suit and Gripoix necklace. Rectangular format with white leather trim. Gold-plated eyelets hold two white leather braided chain handles. One of the handles holds a canvas charm with a gilded CC logo. Top opening with two snap fasteners. White leather-lined interior with two zippered side pockets, one of which features a Chanel charm slider. Signed in gold lettering on one pocket. Made in Italy on the other edge. Date code on the reverse of one pocket: 1350789. Dimensions: 36 X 38 cm Thickness : 9 cm Some soiling on the canvas. Leather with patina and wear in the corners and on the handle. The leather attachment for the charm is unrolled. A charm appears to be missing from the second pocket slider. Dirt on lining.
