MAISON DURET - Circa 1895 - long jacket in black silk reps. The collar is notched and the back is slit from the waist. The jacket remains open and features an integrated bodice made of two black silk panels with hook-and-eye closure on the front. Black silk lined and trimmed inside. White canvas waist belt with gold lettering: Maison Duret Robes et confections 8 rue Scribe Nantes. -Dimensions : Breadth (shoulder to shoulder): 32 cm Chest (armpit to armpit): 38 cm Waist flat (measured on integrated bodice): 32 cm Sleeve length: 56 cm Mid-back height (without collar): 74 cm Dusty fabric. 1 tear on bodice towards chest and at seam on one sleeve. Superficial soiling. Missing trim on front of bodice.
