GIVENCHY - Haute couture automne-hiver 1982 - Evening dress. In black velvet and silk taffeta. Shaped with long shouldered sleeves and tightened armhole closed by a zipper. The bust area is embellished with black passementerie and pearl embroidery with applied decoration at the cuffs, neckline and more elaborately at the front with a pearl tassel finish. Waist placed low with scalloped neckline and back zipper. The bottom is made of plaid taffeta with a plumetis pattern. Long, flared shape with flat pleats around the waist. Black silk lining. 1 taffeta ruffle to flatter the waist.
