Couture cocktail dress. White lace over light yellow chiffon. Short sleeves and boat neckline with a more scalloped back. The waist is fitted and the dress closes in the back with a zipper. The skirt section is a scalloped sheath at the bottom with an applied overskirt gathered from the waist.
