Pickup of goods

All lots are stored at the Caves de Montquartiers in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Pickup of lots is available by appointment only, with a 48-hour notice period. Lots may be picked up Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the following address:

Les Caves de Montquartiers, 5 Chemin de Montquartiers, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, Stéphanie Trouvé, 01 46 45 66 00, stephanie@cavesmontquartiers.com

Items may only be picked up after full payment of the invoice has been received and the invoice has been presented with the “paid” notation, as well as after payment of the handling and issuance fees.

Lots not picked up within these timeframes will be stored at the buyer’s expense and risk. Lots must be inspected on-site at the time of pickup. No claims will be considered once the lots have left the storage facility. Artlys Patrimoine assumes no liability for any damage the lot may sustain from the moment it leaves the warehouses. Wooden crates, when mentioned in the lot description, are listed for informational purposes only. Under no circumstances does Artlys Patrimoine guarantee the condition of these containers.

Storage Terms and Fees

In addition to the auction price, you will be charged a 12-euro (excluding tax) handling fee on your invoice.

Storage of lots is free of charge for a period of 15 (fifteen) business days following the sale. After this period, Artlys Patrimoine will bill the buyer a storage fee of 3 euros (including tax) per lot per day.

Lots may only be picked up after payment of the storage fees owed to Artlys Patrimoine. If the storage fees owed by the buyer exceed the value of the lot and the buyer has not collected the lot within one year of the sale date of said lot, said lot will be considered abandoned by the buyer, and ownership will be transferred to Artlys Patrimoine.

For any other destination or request, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact an authorized carrier (Hillebrand, etc.).
